Motivation
Obviously, this property should be used for websites, but it can be used also for .uk (Q37913).
Maybe the values should be the subdomains only, and not the full domains tree (e.g. "en" instead of "en.wikipedia.org"). This will make possible to search 'all domains with an "en" subdomain', although I don't know how it could be useful.
It's possible to have also the reverse property "subdomain of". For example, English Wikipedia (Q328) is subdomain of "wikipedia.org" and Google Maps (Q12013) is subdomain of "google.com", but it can be derived from official website (P856).
There are online services (such as dnsdumpster.com netcraft) as well as installable tools (such as this and this) that list all subdomains of a given domain: data could be imported from there.
P.S. I copied the regex from here. Malore (talk) 10:17, 5 April 2018 (UTC)

- Oppose Your intention is to list all subdomains of a given site on the item for the main site? I don't understand any use case where this would be useful - other than trying to duplicate the DNS system or something like that. We already have these relationships handled by properties like part of (P361), where the official website of the "part" then allows one to derive the subdomain if any. - Comment In my opinion, it can be useful in order to check if a site has a mobile version, a beta version, a version in a given language, a static version, or to view in which categories is organized the website (e.g. nytimes.com has "cooking.nytimes.com", "health.nytimes.com", "travel.nytimes.com" and "international.nytimes.com). However, I agree that the majority of the subdomains are not so useful, they can change with time and maybe it's possible to create better properties to show this information (something like "significant website version")--Malore (talk) 07:41, 6 April 2018 (UTC)
