Fitbit Ace LTE heart rate and fitnesss not tracking on my kid’s watch. They are able to text and call, so connectivity isn’t the issue.

Do you see any lights on the back your child's Ace device? If not, have you had a chance to restart the device?
If you don't see lights on the back of the Ace and it still doesn't track steps after the restart, you could have a defective device and should contact Ace Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.

Restarting the device is often the first troubleshooting step to try. It still surprises me how many issues a restart can fix. 😁
