Hello @hetoo Are you having any issues with your Charge 6 tracking your heart rate? Do you see a green light on the back of the device? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking. You can check it by placing your finger across the back of the Charge 6. You should see the green light when you lift your finger. If you don't see a green light, the first thing to do is check the Settings menu on the Charge 6 and confirm that Heart rate is enabled. Swipe down from the clock face until you get to the Settings tile (last one) and tap on it Swipe up to find Heart rate and confirm it's turned on. If not, tap on it to turn the sensor on. If you don't have any issues with heart tracking, do you happen to have any tattoos or scars in the area where you wear the Fitbit? If so, that could be why you're not getting sleep tracking data. You could try wearing the device on the inside of your wrist if there's no ink there or on your other wrist, again, if there's no ink. This help page explains Active Zone Minutes (<-- click link). These are based on your heart rate. If your heart rate reaches the Vigorous or Peak zones, you earn double the AZMs. You mention that you turned off the notifications. Did you turn off all the push notifications under Fitbit settings in the app?
