Charged incorrectly.

I just bought a new inspire 3 but when I tried to activate the 6 months free premium membership I was charged £79.99! How do I get a refund and the free trial. I do not want a years paid membership! Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? I contacted Fitbit (google) but the call back didn’t work and it wouldn’t let me call them. I used the chat facility but have little faith that they will contact me back. Any help appreciated.

I know how to cancel the subscription but that won’t refund the monies taken or enable the 6 month free trial which was offered with the purchase. Can you tell me how to get the amount taken from my bank account refunded please?

I've asked for a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to see if they have other options for you. From what I've read on the forums, a refund isn't something that can be expected.

Thank you. I contacted Fitbit via a Chat option and was told I would hear back by email soon. So far I’ve received nothing. Are you able to tell if it’s still in process and how long a reply is likely to take?
