Sleep Score, including HR sleep graphs and the awake/restless/sleep graphs should not be part of Fitbit Premium for a couple reasons: 1) Nothing my Fitbit does or can do should be charged extra for, like heart rate monitoring & sleep graphs. 2) The HR Sleep graph should not be premium-only, it's simply your HR while asleep with the Resting HR comparisons, that should be free to anyone who has a HR-capable Fitbit.  3) The most ridiculous premium-only feature is the restlessness graph. Come on. This is old Fitbit sleep technology prior to sleep stages, now we have to pay to see this simplistic graph.    In summation, the Sleep Score features w/ graphs should not be Fitbit Premium features only.  If your Fitbit tracks this information, which it does, we should not have to pay to access these features. That is not right. All of the extra Premium features I understand charging more, because they are additional features/items that can be used in conjunction with your device. Sleep Score is not. In the near future, please incorporate the ability to transfer music directly from your phone library. Preferably, this feature would even be available offline. One grievance I have here is that it can only be done, online, with a computer installed with the FitBit software. It seems minor, but, there are plenty of reasons this feature is troublesome; for example: -can’t be installed on a computer (administrative rights on a work computer?) -or not being able to connect to the internet (when traveling) -or the connection is terribly slow.   Moderator Edit: Added Labels ... How about a space in the app for a daily note. I would like to be able to leave a note on the daily results page. So that if results are high or low I would know why when looking back. IE: was I sick so my daily results were very low or were they extra good and for what reason? Can you add more adventures to list of available choices? Right now there's stuff in New York and California but nothing that represents the middle of the country. Please add an estimated hours left before charge or at least a battery percentage to the Fitbit surge. We want to wear the Fitbit as much as we can and you like to have a better idea of when we would need to charge it. Many fitbit users push strollers and face the issue of steps not being tracked while pushing a stroller. What if fitbit created a stroller mode, which used a different step-tracking algorithm designed to mimic arm movements while pushing strollers or carts? If possible it can also detect steps with the current algorithm as well. Hi, if you use silent alarm you will see this screen:   Please get rid of the duck, move alarm time and snooze button up to the top and add a dismiss button (maybe a big cross symbol) right below. I don't really like any of the watch face combinations to be honest. I like the Asymmetrical the best but wish the date was in place of the heart rate. I agree with many of the others.  I know there may not appear to be enough users requesting the bluetooth LE off functionality for fitbit to consider it, but I also know of several hundred, Yes Really, who would consider it, fitbit devices, at my location alone.  There are 8,000 military and 12,000 civilians affected by the bluetooth rules at my location alone.  I traded a fitbit flex for a first generation jawbone with my son-in-law for that reason.  I love the Surge and want one, but I can't justify it if I can't turn the LE radio off while I am at work.    Please don't just consider, but make this an option.  You will get a number, Most Likely thousands more at $249 a pop, of new customers with this functionality.  Most people I speak with on the military base I work at love the look and function of your products, but won't buy them because they cannot disable the bluetooth.  They get written up in sensitive electronic areas for active bluetooth devices and could potentially lose jobs.   One older gentleman specifically stated he came home and threw the device in a drawer because he was written up for a violation at work.  He loves the device, but can't afford to lose his job.  Thanks for implementing this as soon as possible.   Moderator Edit: Edited title for clarity and word choice. ... PROBLEM: There is no alarm that will help heavy sleepers ACTUALLY get out of bed.   SOLUTION: We are wearing a Fitbit! Dear Fitbit,    Until recently I have been very impressed with the caliber of Fitbit products. That was until you started providing features that consumers have to pay extra for. When I spent AU$270 on my Fitbit Charge 3, I did not expect to have to pay an extra $80 per year to utilise its features. This is a view that seems to be reflected widely in the Fitbit community.    My suggestion is that Fitbit stop charging its loyal consumers for features that ought to be included in the purchase of the Fitbit device. The purchase price of a Fitbit device ought to include all features present and promised within the device. For example, if and when Fitbit finally releases the SPO2 feature it promised when we purchased the Fitbit charge 3, I expect that to be a feature that I can use without additional payment.    I look forward to hearing your feedback on this proposal. ... There is a difference! If you are following, Atkins, Keto, Paleo or any of the LCHF diets, you do not count standard carbs, you count net carbs (Carbs - Sugar alcohol - Fiber). There is currently no option on your site at all that allows the entry of net carbs or a field for sugar alcohol (Erythritol, Xlitol, etc) to be able to calculate this in your macros. I love the silent alarm, but on the weekend my sleep schedule trends to get changed and I over sleep. Because Fitbit can track hours slept, I'd love the ability to set an alarm based on hours slept. I find the tips of the "Fitbit Today Insights" to be irritating in the extreme, and was sorely disappointed to find on the support boards that there is, in fact, no way to turn this feature off. I have been a happy Fitbit user for literally years and look at the app several times a day. I detest the "Fitbit Today Insights" feature so much. Please allow night shift hours to be selected for reminders to move. I work 7p to 7a at the hospital and the current feature only allows half of my shift to be selected. It doesn't recognize those 12 hours as consecutive hours. It would also be helpful to select different time frames for different days.
