The touchscreen of the Versa 4 is regularly not responding. It can be solved, though temporarily, by restarting the device but this is not feasable when you are tracking an excercise and want to stop, pause or do someting else.
So I'm looking for a solution to PREVENT this behaviour. It is because of this that I now went back to my Charge 5, which didn't have this problem. This is not why I spent lots of money on a new device

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the Versa 4 screen not responding. I appreciate your efforts by restarting the device to get this improved.
I recommend you to sync your Versa 4 with your telephone and change the clock face, let's try this, I'm positive this will help you.
