I have been keeping an eye on the pixel watches, since day one. Not a big fan of the style and my versa / sense always had better battery. I really like the fitbit ecosystem, figured it wasn't going anywhere, long-term, after google acquired it. Then they crippled the sense 2, which I had briefly and returned in favour of the sense 1. Unfortunately, the sense is starting to show its age and I just bought a galaxy s24 plus, so, I figured I would try it out. If I can only figure out how to tweak it to work more like the fitbit, while extending the battery life, I'd be happy. We'll see what the pixel 3 looks like, although, I'm not getting my hopes up. *bump* I'd like to know what's going on with Samsung health, too. I can say, with complete confidence, that my Fitbit sense Is definitely accurate enough. I've been tracking my calorie intake for 3 years with myfitnesspal and using Fitbit versa and sense models, (their calorie tracking is identical). I've been just trying to maintain my weight during that period. Whatever my Fitbit says I burned, dictates how many calories I consume. I've been within +/- 4lbs during those 3 years. On average, I burn around 3250 calories a day. Samsung will report, at least, 500 calories less per day. I'm using a watch 7 40mm and I like the smart features a lot. Fitness side sucks compared to fitbit.

I have the sense and oneplus 7 pro as well. The problem is, when I have bluetooth headphones or earbuds connected, the sense will not display the call, at all. Works fine otherwise. Would like to be able to see who's calling, on the watch, before I answer the call on my headsets. Thanks for any help.

I've found the update affects my versa 2 on my daily 5k walks as well. Resting and low activity accuracy seems fine, but, anything over 100 bpm reads >20% low and only gets worse as intensity increases. Although, I used it on my indoor cycle today and it was very accurate, but a bit slow to register decreases in heart rate. When I compared it to the bike heart rate and chest strap monitor it was within a beat or two. Sitting comfortably just above my wrist bone. Fwiw.

Get a Withings / Nokia scale. More accurate and it gives you bmi/fat/muscle/bone/water measurements. I've been using one for 6 months and it has never failed to sync with the app. You have to manually add it to the fitbit app, but, it takes 2 seconds. I'm sure I've spent way more time fiddling with my Aria in the last 2 days and original wifi setup, than I would spend in a couple of years with the Withings.

I have a withings and it's more accurate than the Aria I just picked up. Weigh on both every day, it's definitely the winner.

I use spinning for my recumbent stationary bike. It works, but, seems the numbers are way off. My bike computer reads 700+ calories burned as opposed to my versa 2's 300, in approximately 50 minutes. A 40ish minute brisk walk gives me about the same.
