Look forward to the update....I guess. I doubt it will address even half the problems reported here though. The food logging issues are still ongoing since May. Not hopeful, sorry 🤷🏼‍:male_sign:

@LizzyFitbit so we won't see anything like the preferred charts again? Will the "amendments" at least make them readable - because currently they aren't. They're completely illegible. And given past experience with tech queries it'll probably be some time next year before it's addressed. Extremely unhappy with this this, I've cancelled premium and I've gone back to using an old version of the app. Not happy with doing that one bit but otherwise I can't use the product at all.

Not at all surprised to see fit tech avoiding all the responsibility for any of this. They do a major overhaul of the app, causing major faults - yet we're expected to "fix" it by restarting uninstalling and all the rest? Take responsibility for this, fitbit, its a mess, your mess, and I've cancelled my premium subscription. Well done. Oh, I Also had the same problem with the o2 graph.

Would really appreciate a response from a moderator, acknowledging these concerns. Please don't try and tell us it's better. It isn't. It's horrible and utterly unusable.

@Kiwistar couldn't put it any better - the charts did NOT need to be changed (unusable now) and the basics like food logging (still ongoing) need to be fixed, but they aren't. The app is a farce.

I've just cancelled premium subscription, had enough of paying money to this company when they can't get the basic right - and then tell us we're wrong when it doesn't work. Not likely to resubscribe even if these problems are fixed. Extremely disappointed.

Weight chart shows virtually no variation and when you long-press along, half the values are missing so it skips data. Useless.

Affected by the same issues. I really don't have the energy to take screenshots/explain in detail etc as there are that many issues I wouldn't know where to start. To the devs, go back and look at this. How can you think it's useable or better?? It's dreadful. *Fix this*. "scroll left or right to see all values" - the text is that small you can't see the values. Even with glasses. The app was far from perfect before (or ever). Incredible you can actually make it worse.

I don't like the new chart layout in android. The font is tiny, you have to long-press to get the data, you can no longer expand the charts to see in more detail - all the main areas I look at eg food logging (impossible to distinguish separate days, no longer shows the daily deficit) - weight graphs, awful; heart rate, steps - all of it. And it's all white. Bad on the eyes. Please sort this, it's terrible.

I still have this same problem, ongoing a month now. No response from tech (apparently referred to them around 3 weeks ago). Some other charts/graphs on premium are affected the same way, but can't remember offhand which ones. I'd like to be able to view the data I've always been able to before, but the issue has been ignored 🤷🏼‍:female_sign: seriously unhappy about this.

Agreed. I'm not happy with this at all. I can STILL only access 31 days previous on that graph. I can only get back as far as Sept on the food logs. This wasn't an issue before the update last week. But of course I had to jump thru x number of "fixes" before it was referred to tech with a case number. I expect it *might* be fixed in a year. I just hate how the issue's always thrown back at me like it's something I've done. I've been using this for 5 years and it's the same messing around every time.

I have tried every fix suggested, uninstalled, cleared cache, deleted versa 2 from phone - then reconnected. Nothing has worked. Ive discovered that the graph now only holds exactly 31 days data. I can only scroll back thru the food entries to around start Sep. I shouldn't have to use the website dashboard when I have an APP that used to do this. A case has been opened with tech but any time I've reported an issue to them, it's not worked - or I'm told, oh we're looking into it, then nothing 🤷🏼‍:female_sign: Not confident, not happy at all.

Can't scroll back any further at all. It stops dead. Usually it'd be slow in loading but would still allow scrolling. Also, the food logging screen doesn't go back further than Sep. I've been using this feature to track possible food triggers against a medical condition I have. Now I can't do that. Seriously annoyed with this.

Since updating android app on galaxy s10, the food graphs no longer load data going back after mid Oct. I'm getting nowhere with the support channel on twitter and no acknowledgement there that it's a problem with the app. I've usually been able to scroll back thru the bar graphs a good few months but it stops dead in Oct. Nothing has helped it. The fault isn't at my end, as usual. Please advise if this is a known issue. Can't scroll back any further at all. It stops dead. I've been using a.p.k mirror for mine for a few years now not sure what date mine is from though (either late last year or early this year ) I don't think a link to it would be allowed here - Disclaimer also beware installing apps not from Google play (security/performance reasons) etc .

Reply I got on twitter said they'd no plans to get rid of it. Latest updates are all focusing on premium (which doesn't work properly - the sleep heart rate graph especially) and the basics just get worse. I just keep going back to an older version.

Hi there's a fault in the sleep heart rate graph. When you click on the spikes on the graph, the figure shown does not reflect where the top of the spike sits -eg spike up over 91, click on the phone screen = 60 something. I noticed this during my trial period of premium but then forgot, signed up again, and rapidly cancelled subscription since I didn't want to be paying for (another) faulty item. There's enough trouble just trying to log food and water in the app, never mind actually PAYING for a feature which is inaccurate. Much as this product has helped me in four years, the reliability of the app has always been absolutely shocking.

YES! I find the only way to update the entry is to "pull to refresh" and even then it is unpredictable. Only happened after recent updates. Every update breaks something on this app.

But you can see here that Monday is missing. I also find that it affects the monthly chart too ie it doesn't update throughout the day to show what you've entered on the food logging page. Anybody?

Actually, I should mention that apart from the above, I've found the app works so much faster on S10 than on previous Sony XZ. I hope it doesn't take over three years for the S10 to be 'supported' 😏

OK, for a start, I used a Samsung S10 which I realise isn't yet supported, my main question is if other users on approved devices are having the following problem. I find that I have to force sync (specifically 'pull to refresh/release to refresh) to bring up the 'calories left' figure, when previously this would have come up automatically on syncing. Also, the app is very buggy when entering food - the correct calories in figure shows up within the calorie tile but it takes ages - sometimes several sync attempts - to show up on the main dashboard of the app. I know the device isn't officially supported yet - it's other people's experience (or not) I want to hear. Is it just me? Or is it a widespread bug. I got nowhere trying to find this out on twitter. thanks 🙂

I think that's what you're looking for? However, until this bug is fixed, I've been using an earlier version of the app which DOESN'T have the same problem . This weight graph problem has only happened with the last 2 or 3 versions.

Hi, not currently able to try with another phone .I use xperia xz (I believe it's supported now) on android 8. The graphs all take 20-30 seconds to load. The latest update of the app hasn't fixed it either.

Hi, definitely the latest version of the app and this problem has only arisen in the last two updates. The usual fixes (log in/out/delete app/reinstall) haven't worked

apologies - I never had any notifications of replies here. This only happens with the weight graphs and only on the app. All other tiles and graphs, OK; weight graphs lag, 20 seconds and upwards, from the last two updates of the android app. This was never a problem beforehand. Minor, but annoying. Even the one-week weight graph lags on loading, and it's not as though it has that much data to load.

After latest update(2.91),when I click on one month, 3 months, even the one week graph within the weight tile, it constantly shows the "spinning wheel" before maybe loading. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, all the usual. No luck. See screenshot. Anyone else have the same trouble? Fed up with these updates.

I'll check that tomorrow morning but I'm fairly sure it's syncing OK, plus the hr data does eventually get updated (today after 3pm). Apparently there IS an issue with HR updating on the tile which knocks on the sleep data, been in touch on twitter - not sure of a fix yet though.
