Is the [stable-diffusion] tag about stable diffusion in general or the specific model made by Stability.AI

Do we really need a "prompt-design" tag?
I noticed there's a prompt-design tag. Do we really need this? It seems a little bit like a meta tag to me.
So far, each of the questions using that tag already tag with a particular technology.

"chatgpt" is the top tag. Do we want it to be used only on questions about the cross-platform application software from OpenAI?
Looking at the Tags page, I noticed that as of July 18th, 20:13 UTC-6, chatgpt is the top tag having six questions.
Update: as of July 24, 16:26 UT-6, chatgpt is still the top tag, having 19 ...
