Stormclash
From Transformers Wiki
- Stormclash is a Camien Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Though Stormclash and her twin sister Skyburst know each other well enough to finish each other's sentences, that's as close as the two get. Stormclash has a staggering proclivity for ruthless violence, which concerns her more pacifist sister. There are very few courses of action Stormclash won't consider, no matter how ugly and aggressive—and if Skyburst is in danger, those courses of action may number zero.
Stormclash can combine with her fellow Torchbearers to form Victorion.

Stormclash and Skyburst accompanied then Torchbearer leader Praesidia Magna on a mission to Parvus Oppidum, an all but abandoned mining town that had recently been beset by bandits after their meager energon supplies. Though things were quiet when they first arrived, the bandits soon returned. During the ensuing battle, both Stormclash and Skyburst were attacked by a marauder with a bat alt-mode, causing one of them to crash into the ground below just as it began to crack open thanks to a black hole that had opened up below the town. As the singularity began sucking everything in, Stormclash held onto her sister as they tried to make their escape. Once the marauders and the black hole disappeared, leaving Parvus in ruins, Stormclash and Skyburst looked on in sympathy as their teammate Rust Dust cradled the lifeless body of her friend Fastbreak in her arms.
Though they had seemingly gone missing after the events at Parvus, neither Pyra or Rust Dust having had seen them for some time, Stormclash and Skyburst eventually turned up again and were made members of Pyra Magna's team. Ghost Stories
Soon after Caminus entered the Council of Worlds, Pyra Magna and her team were sent to Cybertron to search for the remains of Crystal City.
When investigating a commotion, Stormclash and Skyburst were horrified to find this nutter Arcee had attacked Cityspeaker Windblade! The Torchbearers confronted Arcee for this blasphemy and when it turned out she was going to smash the fabled Enigma of Combination, the twins demanded she step off. In the chaos, the group were turned into a combiner named Victorion and afterwards, the twins remarked how they'd been even more unified than before. An Uneventful Night
The Torchbearers opted to stay in the Rust Sea for a time, still learning to control their new powers. The inhabitants of the wasteland soon learned to avoid them. On one occasion, the team appeared to scare off a group of zombified Sweeps. Redemption
They remained in exile until Optimus Prime, seeking answers about what it truly meant to be a Prime, decided to visit the group. Aphelion Merging into Victorion, the Torchbearers tested Optimus's physical and spiritual resolve. Optimus's agnosticism about the Matrix of Leadership prompted Victorion to lay claim to the Matrix and vow to build Optimus into a worthy Prime. Lagrange
The Torchbearers travelled back to Iacon, where they combined and joined Starscream's forces in quelling a Decepticon riot at the spacebridge. Perihelion After Optimus declared Earth a member of the Council of Worlds, the Torchbearers—still combined—took part in a skirmish against Galvatron's splinter force of Decepticons, but had to separate and fall back to the Skyroller after China deployed its anti-Transformer weaponry. Once Upon a Time on Earth
As a show of good faith, the Autobots began patrolling impoverished and troubled regions around the world; Stormclash and the other Torchbearers would defend a Middle Eastern girl's school from religious fanatics. The Torchbearers would later travel to the White House after Aileron went rogue, forming Victorion and extricating the Autobots from the White House lawn. Edge of the Earth The Torchbearers participated in Optimus and Soundwave's joint operation on the Nemesis. They found, however, that Galvatron had prepared for their arrival by creating a planetary Enigma of Combination from G.B. Blackrock's Onyx tech, and Victorion was subsequently torn apart. It's Beginning To And Back Again As Above...So Below By the time that the Torchbearers had regained consciousness, the fight had already moved offworld, and the Torchbearers stayed behind to coordinate the extraction effort. No Fair Fights The team helped mop up the Decepticon stragglers, White Light but the intervention of the Earth Defense Command forced them to change their priorities and form Victorion to see off the humans. White Heat
Over the course of several months, the Autobots settled into their new role as global protectors, unaware that there were those humans who still saw them as unlawful alien invaders. Stormclash and the Torchbearers were deployed from Autobot City in Monument Valley to Oregon, where they defended Arcee and Jazz from an unprovoked G.I. Joe attack. As Victorion, they used her gravity powers to harmlessly take down human aircraft in the wake of Soundwave's EMP attack. Concorde Hymn Victorion maintained guard outside Autobot City as the situation intensified. The New Colossus Not long afterwards, the Dire Wraiths and M.A.S.K. besieged Autobot City for the deposits of Ore-13 beneath. As Victorion, the Torchbearers went up against Baron Karza, but when the Microspace tyrant released an army of Dire Wraiths from his innards, Victorion split into her components to better deal with the swarm. Valley Forge
When Karza had been thwarted, the Autobots and their allies returned to policing an increasingly volatile Earth. Stormclash accompanied her leader to the Matterhorn, where they witnessed a massive alien ship make planetfall. To Walk Among the Chosen It turned out that it contained the nomadic Junkions, and, as Victorion, the Torchbearers watched as Wreck-Gar and Rum-Maj made their introductions. A Lonely Pillar on the Plain
When Prime and Pyra Magna had a falling out, Stormclash and the other Torchbearers silently watched on with some new colonist recruits as Prime attempted to defend his manipulation of their faith. The twins attended Prime's diplomatic summit between humans, Transformers, and Junkions, but negotiations were cut short by a massive Sharkticon attack on the part of the Junkions. Dance Among the Shadows Once more leaning on their faith in him, Prime simply told his followers to counter-attack, and the twins formed Victorion to tear into the oncoming Junkion attackers. Future Glories Lost When Optimus had an abrupt change of heart midway through the battle, he was able to broker a new and more permanent peace with the ramshackle aliens. Together, the Cybertronians and Junkions relocated to the Bikini Atoll to begin the construction of "Little Cybertron," a permanent city for the Junkions. Feel Safe Without Regrets
On Pyra Magna's orders, Stormclash and her sister helped extricate some Junkion workers from a collapsed building. The Next Day, and the Next They began to adopt their leader's misgivings towards the Prime. When Optimus asked Pyra Magna to meet him on Cybertron, Stormclash feared the Prime was trying to separate them, leaving them unable to form Victorion and vulnerable to "his little pink assassin". What It's Really Like Stormclash's jaded view of Optimus continued during the ceremony accepting Earth into the Council of Worlds. She remarked that Optimus Prime was using the event as a "photo op", just like Starscream would do. When the space bridge's connection to Cybertron shut down during an attack planetside, Stormclash begrudgingly agreed to follow Aileron's orders and back up Soundwave and G.I. Joe as they tried to make contact. Primeless, Part 1
Scarlett's Joe team came to Metrotitan and theorized Cobra's M.A.S.S. Device allowed the invaders to piggy-back on the Space Bridge's signal to Cybertron. Using this theory as a jumping off point, Stormclash and Skyburst determined how to use their bridge's targeting array to reach Cybertron with the M.A.S.S. Device. First Strike issue 2 With Soundwave and the Joes, they invaded Destro's castle to access the device. Once opposition was dealt with, the twins rigged their tech to launch themselves and their allies to Cybertron. First Strike issue 3
After the invaders were defeated, Skyburst and Stormclash reconnected with Pyra Magna. The Dead Come Home, Part 1 (of 2) They soon returned to Autobot City and reconnected with the other Torchbearers. The Dead Come Home, Part 2 (of 2)
The Torchbearers awaited Optimus Prime at Autobot City when he returned from the Ore-13 mines with a supply of energon for Cybertron. Surfeit of Primes A situation developed when he delivered the energon to Cybertron, but Pyra Magna chose to keep her forces in reserve rather than rush to the Prime's side. Another Mine Of course, they had no say in the matter once Autobot City acted on its own accord and transported to Cybertron through its own Space Bridge portal. Metrotitan was then slain by Nemesis, flagship of the prodigal Prime, Onyx Prime. The Ground
In the wreckage of Metrotitan, the Torchbearers were faced the Maximals of Liege Maximo and the fanatical combiner, Devastator. They formed Victorion in order to better defend their allies. The power of Devastator seemed to be so great that he overcame Victorion's gravity-manipulation abilities. The Hallowing Victorion's fight with Devastator went poorly for some time and he held the upper hand. Endless Forever Eventually, however, it was revealed that the Liege Maximo manipulated the gravity power of Ore-4 to counteract Victorion's powers. Once Arcee dispatched him, Devastator fell easily and was pulverized by sustained gravimetric pressure. Stormclash and the Torchbearers disconnected as Pyra Magna confronted Onyx Prime in his true form as Shockwave of the Decepticons. Unforgivable
Stormclash and Skyburst aided in the evacuation of Elonia when Unicron attacked it. Our Darkest When Unicron arrived above Caminus, Stormclash and Skyburst were able to get a space bridge operational so that the planet could be safely evacuated before it was consumed. Last Stand Stormclash and the others were concerned for Pyra Magna as they mourned the death of the Mistress of Flame. Stranger Eons After Unicron appeared above Cybertron, the Torchbearers combined into Victorion to attack the planet-eater directly at the command of Elita One. However, Victorion was defeated by Monstructor, who forcibly ripped Stormclash off the Autobot combiner, killing her. Our Finest During Unicron's attempted invasion of Earth, the Devisen Slide took Stormclash's place as Victorion's new left leg. Ceremony

Stormclash can also form either an arm or a leg for any standard-issue Combiner Wars/Unite Warriors gestalt or into one of Legends Godbomber's legs, though she was intended to combine with her teammates Pyra Magna, Skyburst, Dust Up, Jumpstream, and Rust Dust to form Victorion, with her weapon forming the blade of Victorion's sword.
- Like the rest of her Torchbearers, Stormclash features a Cybertronic tampograph on her alternate mode, which reads "Danger comes, the end is near" on her right.
- An undocumented feature allows for one to tab either of the two swords onto her hip via the tabs that her robot arms plug into.
- Stormclash was only available as part of a Victorion box set, including a poster and a collector card based on the set's packaging art.
