How can you use a recruiter to land your dream job?
I maintain a healthy relationship with all recruiters in my network. Even the ones that were part of a team that denied me a role. Most recruiters are awesome people and I learned to treat them with respect. When an opportunity pops up, I have a go to person to learn more about it and even have a chance to be considered.

What are the best ways to demonstrate your adaptability in Software Project Management?
My number one rule is to avoid emotional attachment to any project/program. I work with passion. When a change of direction is required, my customer obsession kicks in, and I figure out the best outcome for all stakeholders. Adaptability is the desire to collaborate with everyone by looking at trade-offs and impact. So, I am not trying to resist, complain, or ignore the issue at hand. I want to help the cross-functional team see what some of the learning could help us avoid a similar situation. There are times I foresee potential danger. This is when I bring the team together to analyze, brainstorm, and put together a mitigation plan.
