Applicable rules
The Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking (CAJU) is subject to the provisions of the CAJU Financial Rules as well as the Regulation (EU) 2018/1046 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
Operational calls for tenders and administrative procurement procedures of the CAJU are launched and implemented in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of ‘Implementation of the budget of the CAJU’ of the CAJU Financial Rules.
Please note that depending on the type of procurement procedures, tenders must be submitted either via the electronic submission system (e-Submission), accessed from the Funding & tender opportunities website or via email to the CAJU’s procurement functional mailbox (procurement@clean-aviation.eu). You can find a direct link to each procurement procedure either in TED (e-Tendering) or on this page.

Upcoming tender procedures
Communication services: The CAJU in cooperation with 8 other Joint Undertakings is going to publish a new tender procedure for a broad scope in communication services covering years 2026-2030. Any interested economic operator willing to be part of the market research analysis ran by the Leading Contract Authority is invited to respond to the EU surveys within the deadline indicated in the surveys below.
