Is anyone else's working?
My device is Charge 2, app v 4.30.
It's not been working since the flurry of updates earlier in the year, just shows 0 for everything despite me doing exercise which takes me into vigourous/peak most days.

Hello @Linz16
I moved your post from the Android app forum to the Charge product help forums since the issue you are asking about is more likely related to the device and not the Fitbit Android app.
Are you having issues with heart tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your device? That's the heart rate sensor and it should be on for your device to track your heart rate zones during your workouts.

@RiekoC No issues with heart rate tracking. It's just the heart rate zones on the app that no longer work
Personally I think it's related to the app rather than the device? As it was all working fine until the multiple app updates earlier this year?
Could anyone check to see if theirs is working please so I can narrow this down? Thanks 🙂

@Linz16 I have an idea about this, but not a definitive answer for you. The Charge 2 gives active minutes. Newer models give active zone minutes. Active minutes are reported as fat burn, cardio, and peak. Active zone minutes are reported as moderate, vigorous, and peak. The app might have changed so these graphs only apply to active zone minutes.
If you tap on the Learn more option next to Time in Heart rate zones, it still says that the formula may differ depending on your device. In the Tips to spend time in heart rate zones section, the article only mentions active zone minutes.

Thank you for your suggestion 🙂
It has been working since the app initially changed to moderate, vigorous etc. Just not for the last few months.
Would be great if someone from Fitbit could just confirm whether it actually works or not so I can make a decision to get another make of device, the app just doesn't do what I want anymore since all the changes.

@Linz16 I asked a moderator to help answer this question for you. You obviously treated your Charge 2 with TLC. Rechargeable batteries don't last forever. Your Charge 2 has listed well beyond the typical 3-6 year lifespan.

Thanks but I'm confused, what does the battery have to do with the issue on the app?
No issues with my device at all. Battery fine. The information has disappeared from the app since the 2nd or 3rd upgrade ago like with many other users. Yes I do take great care of my device so I'm pleased it is still going strong. However I've had many many issues with the app since Sept 2023 when they started the multiple updates, and that's not down to my device, everyone else is experiencing the same (see the Android App forum!) regardless of device. Not sure why my post was moved here really because my question is really about the Android app!?

@Linz16 Just trying to help and give you a compliment. The Charge 2 is an older model.

Have iOS and the time spent in zones is blank (NO DATA) for about a week. Since whatever update that was. This was the most important feature for me.
