Hi there! This definitely doesn't require a reset, but you will need to navigate to the right menu using the accessibility mode (it does require a little learning curve!). Accessibility mode is obviously very important for folks who require it, but I hear you that it sounds like it was too easy to get into (and should be made easier for a parent to turn off!). For now, here's how to exit Accessibility/Talkback mode: 1. Long-press the top button on the side of the device (to pull up the watch options menu) - it should read out "Watch options - power off" 2. Use two fingers (at the same time**) to scroll to the bottom of the menu 3. When you see "Settings" on the menu, tap it once (until there's a green square around it), then double-tap it to open it 4. Use two fingers to scroll the menu until you see Accessibility 5. Tap once to get a green square around Accessibility, then double-tap to open it 6. Tap "Talkback" to get a green square around it, then double-tap to open it 7. Tap the box with the switch (it should read out: "Talkback - on switch"), then double-tap to turn it off ** this two-finger scroll can take a little getting used to. The closest thing I can think of to describe is as if you're pushing a poker chip onto a table with two fingers. Agree that resetting is definitely not an ideal solution! If you did already do the reset, your daughter's game progress should be restored within a few minutes. Game progress typically backs up every night (when it's on charge and on wifi) and should restore within a few minutes after being set up again with the same account. Hope that helps! (and sorry for not replying sooner)
