Resolved! Nest protect button cracked

Smoke alarm randomly going off

We have 3 of these throughout our house and one of them (the same one)… randomly goes off, stating fire in the house. It’s not near steam, it’s been cleaned… it just randomly does it. How do I determine if it’s just a faulty product?thank you.
