Legal Complaint
"On both websites publish[ed] to viewers the untrue claim that: “Matt stood at a crossroads in the summer of 2015 when he became the subject of the story he was investigating. In a career-changing decision, Matt chose to adhere to a code of ethics and refused to participate in a cover-up, unsure of the outcome.” This video, in conjunction with the weblinks below it, equates to your client stating that FMB is not ethical and asked him to participate in a cover-up and then firing him to cover up their own misconduct. I am sure reporting is vital to the reputation of any reporting station and reputation is everything."
